DEXTER- The North Country Riding Club will be holding their monthly meeting on the Tuesday, June 28th at 7 pm at the Wassookeag Snowmobile Club on the Number 10 Road in Dexter. NCRC holds their monthly meetings the last Tuesday of the month and the public is invited. At this month's meeting, NCRC members will be finalizing show details for the NCRC "All Ribbon Equitation" Horse Show with Day End Awards, being held Sunday, July 3rd at Bud Ellms Field show ring, rain or shine. There will be 40 Classes and are open to riders of all ages. Judge Sherri Thornton will be this months show judge. Riders and spectators come from all over Central Maine. Show registrations begin at 8 AM, show time is 8:30 AM. All horse owners must present current rabies and coggins papers upon entering the Show Grounds for the safety of all horses. Free trailer parking and water is available for the horses. Spectators will enjoy watching great family fun. Admission & parking is free and you can grab a bite to eat from the Dexter Sports Boosters food booth cooking up breakfast from Game start, and continuing cooking their famous homemade fries, burgers, sausage and cold drinks for the entire day. All proceeds from the Dexter Sports Boosters food sales go to Dexter Schools Sports Programs.
