Ms. Rodgers is a Certified Life and Physical Sciences teacher for grades nine through twelve. She teaches biology, chemistry and electives. Holly has said that "we have the best lab right here", referring to the natural environment and Moosehead Lake. Her "units of instruction highlight both the natural resources of this region and rigorous, meaningful science" according to Principal Rebecca Brown. "In her last four years at Greenville High School she has secured grant money to enable her to conduct fieldwork with her biology students." This type of education is so important. As today's students are tomorrow's community leaders they will be better prepared to make decisions about managing our natural resources.
